Visitor Engagement Fellow (Fall 2018 — present)

  • Manage all aspects of the creation and launch of the Expeditions mobile app, a new component of the Arboretum’s visitor experience

  • Storyboard the app’s structure, designing user experience and creating wireframes for two linear multi-stop tours and over 35 additional freestanding stops throughout the landscape

  • Research and generate content covering plant science, Arboretum history, and environmental conservation

  • Record and edit audio for scripted informational segments and staff interviews

  • Coordinate app design, serving as point person for internal team and outside vendors, and leading subcommittees for landscape signage and marketing
